Elisa Murtoperä has studied church music, harpsichord and organ at the Sibelius Academy, the Savonia University of Applied Sciences and the Conservatory of Amsterdam. In 2011 she received the degree of Master of Music (Department of Church Music, Sibelius Academy). In 2014 she completed her final exam in organ interpretation with the highest grade with Olli Porthan and Markku Hietaharju. Murtoperä has extended her studies by participating in many master classes. Currently she is working as a church musician in Kotka.
