He began his musical training at an early age. He graduated at the Reformed Secondary School of Pápa (Hungary) and continued his musical education in Richter János Secondary School of Music in Győr, where his teacher was Csilla Alföldy-Boruss (organ, harpsichord department).

In 2004 he was admitted to the Music Faculty of the University of Debrecen. In 2009 he received his MA degree of organ. During his study-years he was awarded the prestigious Art Scholarship of the University of Debrecen twice.

In 2011 he graduated as a student of Pieter van Dijk at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and received his Master of Music degree.

He was selected as one of the three finalists in the 2011 international organ competition in Milan.

In 2012 he was awarded the first prize at the international organ competition “Premio Elvira di Renna“ in Pontecagnano – Faiano.

In 2012 he was taken as one of the finalists in the Daniel Herz international organ competition in Brixen.

He has taken part in many masterclasses, under the direction of Ludger Lohmann, Felix Friedrich, Ewald Kooimann, Andrea Marcon, Wolfgang Zerer, Michel Bouvard, Edoardo Bellotti, William Porter and Miklós Spányi.

Since the autumn of 2009 he has been serving as the organist of Mennonite Church in Alkmaar, where he plays the historical organ Deytenbach/Flaes (1866).

Besides Hungary he has given recitals in Slovakia, Romania, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands and Brazil.

Attila Vadász aloitti musiikkiopinnot jo varhain ja jatkoi niitä urkuopinnoilla Debrecenin yliopistossa. Ennen valmistumistaan vuonna 2009 hän sai kaksi kertaa arvostetun taidestipendin yliopistolta. Vadász suoritti jatko-opintoja Amsterdamin konservatoriossa Pieter van Dijkin johdolla ja valmistui konservatoriosta vuonna 2011.Lukuisilla mestarikursseilla Attila Vadászin opettajina ovat toimineet Ludger Lohmann, Felix Friedrich, Ewald Kooimann, Andrea Marcon, Wolfgang Zerer, Michel Bouvard, Edoardo Bellotti, William Porter ja Miklós Spányi.

Attila Vadász oli kolmen finalistin joukossa kansainvälisessä urkukilpailussa Milanossa vuonna 2011. Seuraavana vuonna hän voitti Premio Elvira di Renna -urkukilpailun Pontecagnanossa Italiassa. Lisäksi Vadász saavutti finaalipaikan kansainvälisessä Daniel Herz -urkukilpailussa Brixenissä Italiassa.

Vuodesta 2009 lähtien Attila Vadász on toiminut urkurina Alkmaarissa mennoniittakirkossa, jossa hänen instrumenttinaan on historialliset Deytenbach/Flaes-urut vuodelta 1866. Urkurintoimen ohella Vadász on konsertoinut Slovakiassa, Romaniassa, Saksassa, Ranskassa, Italiassa, Alankomaissa ja Brasiliassa.
