Joni Vikki (b. 1996) is a Finnish organist and piano and organ teacher. He graduated as master of music in 2020 from Sibelius-Academy, University of the Arts Helsinki. He studied organ with Markku Hietaharju and piano with Annikka Konttori-Gustafsson. He also has taken part in several organ masterclasses, among others Jacques van Oortmerssen, Pieter van Dijk, Jeremy Joseph and Ton Koopman as his teachers.
Vikki teaches organ and piano playing in Music Institute of Western Helsinki. As a teacher he is mostly interested on the possibility to help different kind of pupils to find their own musicianship and the joy of the music. From his children Vikki has learnt to be curious and excited to learn new things. He is interested on many kinds of music from the earliest to the newest. As well as solo repertoire he enjoys playing chamber music. He has performed for example in Helsinki Organ Festival, Turku Organ Festival, Helsinki Organ Summer and The Ostrobotnian Contemporary Music Festival.
